A Dad and his girls

The girls just jumped on their dad when he sat on the ground and thus created this wonderfully "candid" shot. This shoot was great fun with old friends.

Downtown Bryan

I had a "senior picture" shoot, Katie, who wanted something different than your stereotypical senior poses. With Katie (and her mom) agreeing to be my guinea pig, we all headed downtown. This is one of my favorites with the blue shoes.

This is the Paris Hilton pose. It's amazing what one can get an 18 year old to do when John is in the background being a stage director.

I could not have done this without John, he had tons of creative ideas on this shoot. This shot was all his brainchild. He told Katie to cross the street then turn, at his direction, and give us a serious look while in mid stride. Needless to say, we had to do it more than once.

This is the finished product: the blur car shot! John loves the magic of Photoshop.

Hangin' in there

This is one way to get a two year old to smile in a family shot! His dad took him over to hang from the limb and his mom yelled, "Liz, quick". We gathered up the five year old and shot as many as possible . . . before they let go . . .with Mom and Dad catching them.

A new spot

I happened upon a new spot at Research Park to take family shots when my "regular" spot was brown with dead grass. I think it turned out wonderful and it was a blast to shoot Julie and the family.

After the shoot is over and the boys are relaxed and ready to go eat . . . just tell them to put on their sunglasses!

Blue skies

So we went down to Corpus Christi for a friend's wedding and had the opportunity to visit the beach at North Padre Island. I took my camera to take pics of the beach and my daughter and this was one of the shots that just happened. No tweaking here, this was the blue and the red.
